The Program
Cheerleading at Kolbe
Kolbe Cathedral Cheerleading is a Winter-season program that brings energy and school spirit to the gym all season long, competing in the South-West Conference (SWC) under CIAC oversight. The squad anchors game-day energy and crowd leadership at Boys and Girls Varsity Basketball home games and at school pep rallies, cheering in the Kaulbach Gymnasium at the Cardinal Shehan Center. Practice blends stunt work, tumbling, and synchronized choreography, demanding the conditioning, timing, and trust that come from training together as one unit. Cheerleaders learn to lead a crowd, support their teammates, and represent Kolbe with poise and accountability in Kolbe blue and yellow.
