On Saturday, October 3, 2026, alumni, staff, and friends came back to Kolbe for the 50th Bday Bash: a birthday party for a school formed in 1976 that has been forming scholars and saints ever since.
Tables filled the gym. Name tags went on. Alumni, staff, and friends found each other again, and the cake said what everyone had come to say: Happy 50th Birthday, Kolbe Cathedral.
Every table, a reunion
Fifty years of Cougars means fifty years of stories: the alumni who grew up here, the staff who serve here, and the friends who have stood behind the school. Some places always feel like home. Kolbe is one of them.
Same Cougar spirit, 50 years strong
To our alumni, staff, and friends: thank you for celebrating with us. Kolbe is 50 years of stories, and we are still writing the next chapter.
Share your favorite Kolbe memory
Were you there? Did you miss it? Either way, we want to hear your Kolbe story: a teacher who changed things for you, a game, a Mass, a friendship that started on Calhoun Place. Share your favorite Kolbe memory and watch the highlight reel on the Alumni page.
Thank you, Cougar family: the 50th Bday Bash
