Bridge to Success Internship Program

Invest in a student's future today to transform a dedicated classroom learner into one of tomorrow's boardroom leaders.

Talent is distributed equally, but opportunity is not. Our innovative internship program bridges this gap by offering a lifeline of opportunity to students who possess the drive to succeed but lack the corporate networks to get their foot in the door.

The Program

Four days in class. One day in the field.

Four days a week, our students engage in rigorous academic learning at school. On the fifth day, they become active professionals — stepping into real-world environments at hospitals, law firms, manufacturing facilities, architecture firms, and universities.

Where Your Money Goes

Where your gift goes.

  • Professional Etiquette & Empowerment

Funds the multi-day summer Workplace Readiness Training led by outside consultants. This crucial preparation empowers teenagers with the professional social capital, communication skills, and confidence to thrive in a corporate environment. The training includes time management, effective communication strategies, email etiquette, use of AI in the workplace, and an introduction to Canva and Excel.

  • Breaking Down Transportation Barriers

Covers the commuting costs to safely transport students from our campus to their corporate and organization sites, ensuring lack of transit never stands in the way of opportunity.

  • Comprehensive Safety & Liability

Funds the robust liability insurance required to protect both our students and our host facilities, allowing corporate partners to open their doors with total peace of mind.

  • Dedicated Mentorship & Network Building

Supports our full-time program directors who cultivate corporate and organization partnerships, vet applicants through a rigorous application process, match students with mentors, and provide the close coaching necessary to ensure a thriving relationship.
